Sanborn’s 5 Star Guarantees

Guaranteed Comfort:

When we install a new heating or cooling system, you receive a promise from our team regarding an accepted range of performance for your new equipment. If your new HVAC system fails to heat or cool your home as stated, Sanborn’s Air Conditioning & Heating will replace your unit, free of charge.

Guaranteed to Work:

Sanborn’s no lemons guarantee adds protection for our clients from frustrating system failures. If the compressor in your new air conditioning system fails twice within the first 5 years following installation, we will replace your outside unit at no cost to you. If your new heating system’s heat exchanger fails within 10 years of installation, we will replace your furnace at no cost to you. The only requirement to uphold this guarantee is that all service calls must be performed and documented by our service technicians.

Guaranteed Savings:

Purchasing and installing a new heating or cooling system should generate a minimum of 30 percent savings on your operating costs. If you don’t achieve these savings with your new HVAC system from Sanborn’s, we will refund double the difference of your unrealized savings during the first year of use. We only require that you notify us immediately after the first month of operation, so our skilled technicians can come evaluate your system to identify and fix the issue.

Frustration-Free Guarantee:

In the first year following installation, we guarantee a 24-hour or less response time for any system breakdowns. If we fail to meet this deadline for any reason, we fix the problem at no cost to you for parts and labor, and give you a $500 check as payment for the frustration we may have caused.

Installation Guarantee:

At Sanborn’s, our word is our bond. When we tell you installation will be completed by a certain date, you can count on it. If your new HVAC system is not fully operational by the date we provided, we will pay you $500 for the inconvenience.

Home Protection Guarantee:

We know your home is your castle, and we treat it that way! Our technicians place hall runners and wear floor protectors any time we work in your home. If your property is in any way damaged by our technicians during service or installation, we will repair or replace the items. This includes your lawn and landscaping, furniture, walls, flooring, and door frames.
